Restarting laptop

Hello,

my sony laptop does not start it writes lannch window recovery or start normally i have chake for both the option but the laptop was unable to start and after that it goesshutdown and it gives only 25 second to read the information
so what i to do regarding this problem

There is nothing YOU can do. I suggest you have a local repair shop take a look at it.
