I can't connect to my router on my PC.

Hi, so a few months ago, I reset my PC. Up until then, I had the ability to access my router. Now, after the reset, I am still met with no connection every time I attempt to my router with my default gateway. Strangely, I could always connect to the router through my phone, laptop, and another desktop in my house. Anyways, I finally reset it an hour ago, and it still doesn't connect. I know it has something do with the reset, but what exactly? Please help me!
