Alternative email address is the same

Hello, how can i log in to my account since it recognizes alternative email address as the same address that is locked kindly help because there is something urgent i need

If you have not used your mail account for over 30 days, it may have been deleted. You must then create a new one, insuring that you note your password and security question and store it a safe place, remembering where the safe place is.

i have been trying that since morning from different computers and they all require the verification codes, its like for 4 hour now
