                    Hi Asraja,
What diskpart command have you tried? I would use "attributes disk clear readonly" command and after that:
Clean
Create partition primary
Active
Select partition 1
Format FS=Fat32
Sadly, it is possible that the drive has been damaged. I strongly recommend you to check it on another PC.
