Laptop display problem

Hello sir,
my little sir sat on my laptop , it is turning on .It indicates the power on lights everything but the display is not visible .Its shows me black screen.In my laptop lot of documents are there . if i give service means the documents mayer format or delete . what is the solution for my problem

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
