googled help on a keyboard problem without success so hope for some help here
it seems a common problem with Acer
my keyboard has some alternate green characters (French) - up to 4 characters per 1 Key
ex Caps Lock (has 2 options) Verr.Maj
currently I cannot get my characters back to normal
Surely, it cannot be that hard to get it back ... ÉÉÉ - question mark !!!

Perhaps you should post on the French version of CCM.

windows key and spacebar ... worked for me
