Dear sir,
The stats that you have posted offers us no info on what is using this device, what O/S? It shows that you have an ADSL2 line (bravo by the way, VOD is headed your direction!)
Who is the owner of the router? Have you contacted them?
When you say restart, do you mean drops connection, or reboots to POST (if POST is something you are not familiar with, then just go buy another router and see if it does the same thing!)?
Please let us know, as your question cannot be answered by a hardware/connection log.

Answer: I have tried with another router using lan cable only and it runs fine but when I use tp link router with WiFi it restarts/drops the connection in every 15 mins.
I guess there is something wrong with it's settings?

Answer : I am the owner of this router. Have tried to contact tp link about this but havnt received any reply from them.

Answer : it drops the connection in every 15 mins and it restarts automatically.
