My hdd showe this msg " fatal device hardware eroor "

Hello,

My wd green hdd 3 partitions didnot open and show this message

when i tried to use " hd tune " after i choose the wd hard the program currently blocked

sometimes drives show the capacity of partitions but usually they are lock like they need to formated

the last thing is " I NEED THE DATA ON THIS HDD "

SO PLEASE HELP ME

fatal device hardware error sounds like you will never be able to recover the data.

Fatal hdd error sounds concerning. I would suggest you to test the drive using the WD's data life Guard diagnostics.
See a data recovery expert asap
