Hello Shamay,
Disconnect all external devices if you have attached any, and enter F12 while booting. After that select boot priority in your BIOS and set it to be the hdd the drive to boot from.
If that doesn't help, try with pulling out the battery, holding the power button for at least 30 secs and plugging the battery again.

I'm sorry that didn't help for you. Let's try something else. Since you are working with Windows I suggest you to try with Windows Repair CD if you have one.
Were you able to open the Command prompt in administrator mode? If you have access to that I would recommend you to type the following commands and press enter after each of them:
/FixMbr
/FixBoot
/ScanOs
/RebuildBcd
