I forgot my password and can't even remember my alternate email.

i forgot my password and i can't seem to remember my alternate email address password either because i haven't used it in ages,i tried using the 'can't access my account link' ,but its showing send message to alternate email,i tried to get it to ask the security question but it is showing same alternate email address link which is presently unaccessible as well, please kindly help with a solution... thanks....

Hi

Since you cannot access your alternate address, there is no way that the provider can communicate with you to send you a reset code. There is no magic trick to it. You can try their forum, there is no other way to communicate with a real person with those organizations.

For the time being, your account is lost.
