Laptop power button flickers

Hello,

I had left my laptop on sleep mode overnight now the power button blinks but my laptop wont start up have tried everthing in the interner but still not working can anyine help me????

Restart the computer
Click
Do not leave the F8
Choose safe mode
System Restore before the problem
Start
control panel
Recovery
Open System Restore
Choose date before the problem
