Hi stevedaum,
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02222922 According to HP's official web site this error is due to memory failure. Have you made hardware changes recently or have you made overclock to your PC? If you have, I suggest you to restore your system to its original values.
If you have the option, I also would recommend you to take out the RAM stick/s and test it/them. You could also test your system by connecting another PSU to test if there's a problem with the power.
