Hello,

When your PC starts up it is looking for a reference that doesnt exist.
here is how you stop this for starting up when you log in.

click Start > Run

type MSCONFIG and press OK.

go to the startup tab and then look at the list and see if the file path "C:\ProgramData\{F12719E4-A1A5-C862-1023-B8E0C0A16B6E}\2.0.1.9\cide.txt" is mentioned.

if it is then simply uncheck the tick box.

or alternately you can uncheck several at onces and restart to find which one is causing the issue.

Sadly no file path came up on MSCONFIG and tried a few times now with un checking some of the things and the problem is still occurring.

:( really stumped here.

Did you uncheck all items in startup?
