Hello maulik,
Have you checked if there are any conflicts marked with an exclamation mark within the Device manager?
If there's need of drive update, uninstall the driver of the USB controller and restart your PC. Whiles connected to the network Windows should install the latest driver for your controller.
I would also like to recommend you to test your USB drive on different PCs to see whether it's been recognized there.
