My recently bought Samsung Smart TV is working, however the Voice Control feature, doesn't appear to be. I have checked that it is on and when I press the voice button, the icon does appear so it definitely is turned on. It doesn't seem to be able to hear me! The Motion Control feature also doesn't work and when I try to enable it, it says "function not available"

How do I fix this?

if you've just bought the TV then you will have support with Samsung.

i recommend contacting Samsung technical support for further assistance.

I have checked all the guides that came with the television and and I have managed to solve the problem with the motion control , however the voice recognition does work and the microphone appears. I have emailed Smasung, but waiting for reply

The only thing is, it doesn't pick up on anything at all
