Toshiba satelite pro touchpad/mouse

Hello,

Try to use a toshiba laptop without external mouse. The internal mouse/touchpad is impossible to get started... Any ideas?

Thanks for the help! I have tried it before but now i relize the inportance of f5 first and then the fn. Good night!
