Help with my facebook

Hello,
When i log into my face book i get this message below,

I have already changed my password on the next step I am asked for the street name i lived on when i was 8 years old. (i never gave any of this information when I signed up) so they will not accept my answer.

I have been locked out for around 2 months now and cannot get any help through facebook.

Does anyone have a direct email for me to contact them.
