I can't access my account reviewing these additional documents

when i try to open my account this letter came & than log out the message is "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." how can i open my account again?? it is happens since yesterday. plz tell me the way to open??

i have already submit all the documents but i can't access my account
