Hello, I inserted a flash drive in my laptop and a virus was detected in it which was trojan by the way. I fixed it but then i saw the dialogue box saying scan and fix the pendrive and i pressed it but when this was happening my laptop suddenly stopped working and the screen went blank. I tried everything i could but my screen is still blank. I don't know what to do. So please help me fix this. My laptop is a toshiba satellite model with windows 7 ultimate as the operating system.....

completely dead laptops require "hand-on" access by a qualified PC Tech to diagnose. I suggest you try a local repair shop.
