Any internet browser wont launch

It just happen all suddenly.. i could not open any internet website such as mozilla chrome or even enternet explorer. I click it but nothing shows up at all.. i click it so many times and still doesnt launch anything.. i checm the task manager if its somehow there working but it wasnt.. i need help. Please help me

click on Start --> In search box, type cmd --> Then "CMD" will be displayed in the search --> Now right-click on "CMD" ---> Select "Run as administrator".
Now enter this command
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Press "Enter".
Reboot your computer"
Now enter this command
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Press "Enter".
Reboot your computer"
