My internet is connected, but it won't work

It was working perfectly yesterday, but I don't know what happened. When I open Firefox it opens, but won't load any links. It stays on "New Tab". When I try to open Skype it says it's not connected to Internet, yet it shows that the wifi is connected. Hamachi has the same effect.

Here's what I've tried:
Updating drivers, and it shows it's all up to date.

I went into CMD and Ran as administrator, and did the ip reset thing.

Restarting my Gateway laptop, running a full scan virus with AVG, disabling AVG.

I have a theory that it might be MalWare but I can't be sure as AVG didn't detect anything.

If you boot in safe mode with networking, will your FF work?
