Hi lachu,
Is the USB drive visible in Disk Management and in Device Manager? I would check the device on another PC. Sadly, sometimes pen drives fail unexpectedly and there is not much to be done. Using some recovery software was a good try. I am sorry it did not result helpful.

If you manage to save your data, keep it in at least two different devices.

thanks for your suggestion. The file system is shown as "unknown" and also capacity as 0.But I have important data's in it. Can you please suggest some ways to recover data from it

Sadly, if the pen drive has failed, it would be almost impossible to get your data back. I would try booting from a Linux Live CD. Sometimes it grants some access which may be enough to save at least part of your data. It is easy to use and no installation is needed.
