Computer it starts for 2-seconds and turn off

Why did my computer id facing this problem when i switch on my computer it starts for 2-seconds and turn off and the monitor shows no signal and keyboard also not responding what is the problem plz tell me

Everything points to a hardware problem. It will take "hands-om" access by a qualified PC Tech to diagnose. I suggest a local PC repair shot.
