it may be that you wrongly configured your Outlook account.

i checked mysite properties it's showing as follows.
Protocol : Hyper Text Transfer Protocol
Type : COM/WWW/File
Address : https://www.google.com/a/mydomainname.com/ServiceLogin?service=jotspot&passive=1209600&continue=https://sites.google.com/a/mydomainname.com/www/&followup=https://sites.google.com/a/mydomainname.com/www/&ul=1
(URL)
when i was setting up outlook with myname@mydomainname.com i selected the information as follows
Account type : HTTP
Provider : other
Incoming Mail server : i entered this same as Address (URL) i.e https://www.google.com/a/mydomainname.com/ServiceLogin?service=jotspot&passive=1209600&continue=https://sites.google.com/a/mydomainname.com/www/&followup=https://sites.google.com/a/mydomainname.com/www/&ul=1
when i tested to send/receive mailbox i got the error like Inbox Synchronizing Headers
did i provide correct details?
is HTTP allows send/receive requests in outlook?
Can u please explain me using my details?
