I selected HTTP as mail server when i registered my domain.ISP gave me incoming mail server.
When i was set up my to outlook i gave all the information related to that.
when i click send/receive in my outlook i got the error like "Inbox Synchronizing Headers".
I cann't understand what's wrong?
did i select the wrong mail server(HTTP)?
is HTTP accepts only hotmail, msn or it accepts other private domains also?
what is the difference between HTTP,POP and IMAP?
i want to receive my client requests from my website and i want to respond them.
can you please let me know what type of mail server can i use for that?
can you please give me the suggestion?

Thank u.
