Hello,
My Daughter's computer came up with a message saying something about Windows not being genuine ???
So she got a Windows XP disc and tried to install it.
It got as far as a blue screen with 5 bullet points, 1st being starting installation, it got to No 4 and showed 39 mins remaining................she left it running.........ended up leaving it overnight.
Now it just keeps rebooting and getting back to the same blue screen.
F8 doesn't help so Windows won't start in the safe mode option, it just seems to be going round in circles !!
Any help Please???

hi,
a part of windows has been installed on the computer.
when the computer restarts, it will ask to press any key to boot from cd.
you should not press anything and let the computer to boot from HDD.
then it will complete the installation.
