Missing hot keys functions for Sony Vaio VGN-FS315M

Hi. I have lost the hot keys function on my Sony vaio after having windows 7 installed.

Tryed following the leads above but not working.

Please, can someone help. I so miss this not working.

Hi. Thanks for that. Will give it a try, I'm not to good at this stuff so see what happens....
