Pc start restart again and again after select start windows norm

Hello,





When I start my desktop with Windows7 it ask run windows normally or safe mode after select run windows normally it goes restart again and same screen comes again and again. how to reslove the same and which files of OS is responsible for the same.

I suggest you boot from the Windows DVD and do a "repair".
