Crasser of acer laptop get freeze

Hello,
I have ACER laptop. I have problem of freezing of arrow(crasser) on screen.It happening frequently.I have to shut down laptop many often and then it get start.Such is happening 3 to 4 time in a day.I have ACER ASPIRE WITH WINDOW 7.Anybody help will solve my great problem.Hoping quick reply as I am facing problem during working.

This appears to be a hardware problem that is crashing your system. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop diagnose the laptop.

Thanks.Last time I have same problem and he sorted out but this is second time problem.
