Hi,
If I wanted to go back to windows 7 , could I get the free download of windows 10 later when the
bugs are taken out.
Also, how long will Windows 7 be supported?

Microsoft did not release anything about how long windows 7 will be supported. As you ask you can downgrade or revert back to windows 7 from windows 10 withinn 30 days of Upgrading, to do this,
How to Downgrade to windows 7 from windows 10
If the above steps did not work or you upgrade to windows 10 more than 30 days you want to clean install windows 7 from CD with valid licence key.
