Need to change my No: for password

I cannot change my phone No: on the info on the questineir for my new password please could you forward how I do this as I don't know much about the Internet as this was done by my daughter,and she dose not live with me anymore.<removed by moderator>.Or could u forward in detail how i can do this.Thanck you Marian Greig
