Gmail

My husband upgraded to a new device. He is unable to set up gmail as he cannot remember his gmail password or answers to the secret questions. The gmail is working on the old devise but will not transfer to the new devise without the password. We've tried resetting the password but due to not knowing the secret quetions were unsuccessfull. He cannot create a new account as this is a business email account.

How can we get the password reset so that we can setup on the new device?
