Black screen problem

Hello,

i purchased my new laptop (dell inspiron 15 3000 series).
last 2 days, the black screen are coming.
if i turn on my laptop, microsoft symbols are shown, windows symbols are shown. after the black screen are open.

then, i search to google and try the safe mode. desktop are open. but it doesn't open in windows normally option. pls solve my problem.
