Hello Skylersmama702,
Your laptop is new and came with Windows 10 or the OS it's additionally installed and the laptop is old? If you have made recently upgrade to Win 10 I hope that you have made a repair disc before that.
If you haven't, try to find a Windows repair disk and to boot from it. If you don't possess CD I would suggest you to make a bootable USB on another PC and try to repair your system with it.
If you have the option, restart the machine into Safe mode. If it lets you into it, open the Command Prompt and enter the commands mentioned below followed by Enter each of them:
/FixMbr
/FixBoot
/ScanOs
/RebuildBcd
One thing more - check within the BIOS menu for storage and make sure that AHCI mode is enabled.
Cheers.
