Cpu not working after cleaning

Hello,
I was cleaning the dust of my Cpu yesterday and after I assembled it and wanted it to run, it didn't. All it does is automatically powers up in the start button(but very dim) and nothing else inside Cpu runs. So plz anyone help me.

Did you install everything right? Did you install CPU-Fan? and all power connectors correctly?
