Lost my yahoo menu icon s at top of screen

had lost my yahoo menu icon s at top of screen , restored it last night but must have done something extra as ttoday its gone and cannot get it back. becoming very frustrated.and not happy frustrated. What did I do wrong can't even find my tooolbar to see if its locked or unlocked.

Hang in there ma'am.

What type of browser are you using? Do you click on the "C" or the "IE"? I am trying to figure out what browser you are using to help out. Hang in there!

Ok, I guess I should have asked, what O/S? Are you referring to a shortcut to your browser?
