Hi Ayush Awasthi,
Check if the device is visible in Disk Management. It should be recognized with proper drive letter and correct file format in order to work properly.
Have you tried this USB on another PC? If it is not working, unfortunately there may be an issue with the drive. Problems with USB sticks are really hard to resolve. If you have valuable data on the drive, search for some data recovery software.
