Hello,
My computer had an unexpected Windows XP 'DUmp' that results in an automatic ;Launch Start-up Repair' that results in a blue screen that will not allow me to turn off my computer. I followed your F8 directions and was shown 2 error codes. 0XFFFFFA80071458CO and 0XFFFFFFFFC0000185. What do these mean ? What can I do to fix this problem ? Please let me know. Thanks, Tom Lapka

You can try a Windows "repair" from the Windows DVD. But, you might have a damaged hard disk that needs replacement.
Good Luck
