My pen drive is not detectable in systems

Hello Sir,
My pen drive is not detecting in the laptop but it is blinking when it is inserted into the system and the icon for hardware symbol is coming. though it is not detectable in my computer for the removable disk. please help me it is very important for me to recover the data from it.
