Laptop shuts down after working some time

I have a dell laptop of Inspiron 3521 Model. When i start my laptop it work properly for long time and when i like to restart then open normally but when i shut down after working some time and want to power on then it does not open. When i open after some hours then open normally.
Please suggest me for this problem.

Best guess is that you have a problem with over heating. I suggest you try to blow out the dust.

I second the answer given and make sure you replace the thermal paste on the CPU. If the screws on the CPU have been removed before, make sure you do well to tighten it well after appying the paste.
