Login problems

i have a hp 6830s laptop, im sailing in the area uk (ramsgate) and belgium (oostende). we have on the boat a D-link wireless router DI-524 (802.11g/2.4 GHz). when i am in the uk i can normali sign in ext on facebook, gmail or messenger, but when we are in belgium i cant sign up at no upper mentioned sites or program, but i can brose the internet normaly.

Any ideas why?

May be there are restrictions in the area you mentioned!

but with other laptops like toshipa is no problems, only hp
