Hello,
I have my Laptop which I was currently using Windows8. So my PC no longer working when I open it shows a message which says: Recovery- your PC needs to be repaired. The operation system couldn't be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors.
Is they any help which u may give

This message indicates a hard drive failure. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop install a new hard drive and re-install Windows.
