Hi Arun Kumar Meena,
Could you give us a little more details about the issue? If the files in the pendrive appear as shortcuts, this could be software related problem. I strongly recommend you to update your anti-virus and do a complete scan.
I would open the Command Prompt and use the Attrib command. It should look like this:
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
Instead of g, place the drive letter of your pendrive. Check the link below for some more suggestions.
