If you can't see your drive neither will any recovery software see it.
Your drive is damaged!
I suggest you consult a qualified technician who has the necessary hardware to transfer your data to another media.
Good luck

Hi Passport,
I am sorry for the difficulties caused by the My Passport drive. Sadly, there is a chance that the drive is damaged. It was a right move to try a software recovery tool, but if the damage is physical, there is almost nothing you can do. Are there any strange noises coming from the drive? Is the drive visible in Disk Management or in Device Manager? Have you tried the drive on another PC and with another USB cable? I recommend you to boot from a Linux Live CD and try to access your data from there. If there is no progress and the data is really important, contact a Data Recovery Company.
Hope this helps
