Blackberry Q10 won't turn on-no lights

My blackberry q10 died and won't charge. It is not the battery, as I only replaced the battery 2 weeks ago and the battery is coming on in someone else's phone. Is there anyway I can try to get the phone on....to get my info off the phone?
