SanDisk recognization situation Closed

Question

Hello, 
I am having technical difficulties with my SanDisk ultra 3.0 16gb flash drive. what do you do after you plug it into the computer and it says does not recognize device????


Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 45.0.2454.101
