Hello,
Please help, my modem is showing green, but its not coming up on the screen.

What are expecting on the screen? Is this a wired or a wireless connection? Who do you pay your bill to? Maybe perhaps you should call them and let them know that you wish to cancel their service unless they help you connect to THEIR network!
