Tethering to my Iphone

Hello,
I used to be able to tether my acer inspire to my apple iphone but I have obviously changed a setting and can't get it to find the connection.
The phone is fine as my ipad is linked okay.

Please advise the correct settings and what is it asking for when it wants the security id? I assumed it was the password for the hotspot on the phone.
