Recently I purchased a BSNL authorized Ramptel modem online and configured it as per the instruction in the package. I have been able to set it up for wireless and my wireless symbol below in the taskbar has a yellow exclamation mark and the dsl light is not turning on on the modem. I have made sure that there is no loose connection of any cable from the phone to the splitter and all the cables are connected to the appropriate slots in the splitter but still no use. is there anything that I can do to have this resolved or would I have to get in touch with BSNL to have this taken care of? Please advise.
