My laptop has win 7

Hello,
Hi my laptop has only the Blue background with the theme on it and no icons or task bar I cannot open the admin as there's nothing other than Ctl alt Del and I've tried that but the the admin is a no go what can I do thanx

Hi Hardman,

Try pressing the [Windows] key and the [R] key together ([Windows] key first). Hopefully the run dialogue box will appear into which you should type the following: 
explorer

Then hit the [ENTER] button and hopefully things will all be good again.
