Hi Mohan,
Right now both WD My Passports are not displayed in Disk Utility? If they are missing, this could indicate some power related issue, because it is unlikely both drives to fail simultaneously. Are you using different cable for every drive? If you are using one cable, change it. If you have the option, connect the drives on a Windows PC and check if they are going to be recognized.
